To my Partners and You who supported us....

Enjoy the song ya....

Somewhere Over The Rainbow
by Israel "IZ" Kamakawiwo'ole
album: Facing Future (1993)

Oooohhh......

Somewhere over the rainbow
Way up high
And the dreams that you dreamed of
Once in a lullaby ii ii iii

Somewhere over the rainbow
Blue birds fly
And the dreams that you dreamed of

Dreams really do come true ooh ooooh

Someday I'll wish upon a star
Wake up where the clouds are far behind me ee ee eeh
Where trouble melts like lemon drops
High above the chimney tops thats where you'll find me oh

Somewhere over the rainbow bluebirds fly
And the dream that you dare to,why, oh why can't I? i iiii

Well I see trees of green and
Red roses too,
I'll watch them bloom for me and you
And I think to myself

What a wonderful world

Well I see skies of blue and I see clouds of white
And the brightness of day
I like the dark and I think to myself

What a wonderful world

The colors of the rainbow so pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces of people passing by
I see friends shaking hands
Saying, "How do you do?"

They're really saying, I...I love you

I hear babies cry and I watch them grow,
They'll learn much more
Than we'll know
And I think to myself

What a wonderful world (w)oohoorld

Someday I'll wish upon a star,
Wake up where the clouds are far behind me
Where trouble melts like lemon drops
High above the chimney top that's where you'll find me

Oh, Somewhere over the rainbow way up high
And the dream that you dare to, why, oh why can't I? I hiii ?

Ooooohhh....

Who the heck is the "Millennial"?

Probable something that I have been looking into for some time... and is one of the vision for SHINE and it has a lot to do with this group of people who call themself the "Millennial". Who are they? well...

The Millennials are the generation of people born between 1979 and 2001. They make up 30 percent of the population of the United States, and they are more involved and active in social causes than any generation before them.

The group will only enter into a partnership with a company if it makes sense. You've hired Millennials. Now how can you keep them around?

Things aren't always what they seem with Millennial employees. If I could give you one bit of advice about dealing with the latest generation of employees to come under your management, it would be to remember those words. Things aren't always what they seem with Millennial employees.

If you are like most business leaders, you've no doubt noticed a trend in the way employees behave in recent years. Most likely you consider it a negative trend - too much entitlement, not enough loyalty, no work ethic, only interested in themselves, and on and on. But I challenge you to consider that perhaps these are not negative trends, just different ones. Things aren't always what they seem with Millennial employees.

To better understand who your Millennial employees are and what drives them to succeed, perhaps it's easiest to understand who they are not.
You. That's right. They may even be your offspring but in the workplace they bear little resemblance to the "you" of yesteryear.

Gen Xers (born 1965-1979) and Millennials (born after 1980) are operating in this world with a completely different perspective. Their definitions of loyalty, time, and success are often quite different from yours. Rest assured they do recognize all of these concepts and value them in very important ways.

The key to your organization's future success is understanding how the Millennials view the world and using that knowledge to motivate them in a way that works. Here's a hint: meet them where they are and they will achieve your underlying goals; try to force them to fit your definitions and they will run for the door every time.

So let's take a look at some of the pervasive myths about our youngest generation in the workforce and discuss why these changes are happening. You can tailor your workplace to meet your needs and your employee needs. In meeting these needs, the company will thrive.

Finally...

We finally did a training for a BIG SME company yesterday! Ya...finally someone gave us an opportunity!

It was hard work as we spent whole week to prepare for the historical day. We know we must make it amidst all challenges. The pressure was great as I was working at odd hours to rush up the materials. There were quite a bit of travelling between the client place too. Due to the pressure and lack of rest, I was ill throughout including on the BIG day itself! However, the results was satisfying.....when the participants gave you good ratings and commented the program was interesting to them!

We need to work harder for more SME, as our application to HRDF is still pending decision. The more we do, the more closer we are towards obtaining the license for HRDF!

The name of this BIG SME will not be revealed here, as previously when we did that, we tend to lose out something.....It's better to be cautious than adventurous!

The journey to entreprenuership is definitely challenging....we are into our 3rd month of operation though things are moving , it's a bit slow. We must find ways to speed up a bit. In business, time is money; the longer it takes, the more to lose!

Go...Go...Go...

Working Hard to get a SME training session

This month we are working extremely hard to look for a SME/SMI company who contributes in HRDF. We have visited several potential clients and have submitted proposals accordingly. Again, time is the essence and we are anxiously waiting for a good news anytime....

Visiting SME/SMI used to be my job many years ago. However, things are very different today as my current role is not a banker. Those who know me still focus the discussion on banking and lendings where they need further advice. It took quite a while for me to promote training to them. Some of them do not emphasize this area but some viewed training as important. All I have to do is "try" . Just try to create awareness and again it takes times to sell the programs. Here again, "patience" is being put into test!

The focus for now is on SME/SMI. It will remains as the key driving factor until we secure the first training contract. While hard work is inevitable, luck plays its role too. Do pray hard for us.

New environment, New Life, New challenges

We have been in business for more than a month....it's a new ball game and we are learning it in a pretty challenging but worthwhile way. ..

Going out in the battle field to scout for customers is one challenge, talking to them and to convinve them is another challenge, follow-up is challenging as they keep telling you we will revert as soon as possible, closing the deal is the most challenging thus far as price is part of the issue and time spent to develop "customised" program is another issue.

Being new kid in the block has more disadvantages than advantages. It slowed down the turnaround time for many activities. People always like to deal with those who have the track record, they want to read your history and gauge your capability from what you have done in the past. They are interested to know your program had brought success to people and it's worth investing for such program. They don't really wants to understand what is the company's needs and what are the programs that will help to upgrade their people to the desired level that will benefit both the organization as well as the staff. The good thing is this makes us to acquire new knowledge and skills. We are learning new stuff everyday. Such challenging situation also improve our "patience" and test our preseverance!

Recently we had a "almost close deal" for 3D2N but not making money. But we have decided to proceed...with the hope for testimonial and to commence our own track record book...

Despite all the disadvantages, we will continue our journey and will grow each day. We believe soon we will reach a greater height and able to improve the processes and flows accordingly.

The new challenges are definitely more exciting than working in the office. We know every move we make, we are a step closer to our goal and the satisfaction we get is much greater than before. New life is no doubt tough, but we are tough enough to continue our mission.

Do wish us good luck.

Lessons Learned In The Quest For Freedom Part 2

For the record, we close 3 sale in Penang. We broke the egg! Close another sale after the KL session a week later. Got an associate trainer to train in Mandarin for JB session and she did an excellent job despite the fact that there's a pain in the @$$ in the group.

Today we realize that someone (from the client side) did something behind our back. Everyone in the team was shock. I was speechless.

James Bond was right. (refer my earlier blog)

We received our first few cheques. I completed the cartoon project for a chef. Billion completed her translation work. Our faces came out in the newspaper Star Metro on 14 Aug. Great!

Billion accidentaly offended a client. Client got angry and ...you know whatlah. She said she can take it. I felt bad for her ...because the truth is...we are really underpaid for this job. What started off as an hour talk for $XXX amount became 2 full days of research work, hours of discussion, and almost a full day training/administration work. And that doesn't even include props and our intellectual property. Furthermore we got to bear with the client's bragging and self praise (similar to our old boss). Lesson learned - be clear of the expectations (spoken and unspoken) and remuneration before commiting to a project! The good news is - we are not under employment. We don't have to go through this pain for long. Clients can choose us, we can choose our clients too. Thats freedom!

However, we must thank this client for giving us a chance. I guess they sincerely wants to help us. If we just overlook the negativity/misunderstanding, this client is soooooo much better than our ex-boss!

Today I met with an interesting character. Good news coming soon....

Working on weekend is fun?

Today is Sunday....

We worked till 8.30 pm from as early as 9am.

It all started in the morning... when we went for a blood donation campaign... at Bandar Country Homes of Rawang.

I started by early morning sending a group of orphanage children to TTDI park. Then after that rush all the way to Rawang...

There we sold some balloons sculpture and motivatoon. Then someone saw our motivatoon...
was impressed... and they wanted us to help them on drawing some cartoons on their newly published book.

We went to meet up them in the evening... was impressed... and wah lah... another deal on the way...

So you tell me working on the weekend is fun???

We helped each other, give morale support and support each other. Though the work involve in not that challenging but since this is the debut, everyone wants to ensure things are under control and well managed.

I was pretty tired after the whole event, but the bottom line is we are happy!

The journey to success had just began. Go,Go,Go!

Save the Last Dance for me....

Gosh... i'm so full of thrill and joy in me.....

How to explain this thrill.... I mean this is my fourth week into entrepreneurship ... haven't close any big sales.... but so much of seed planting and I believe with faith in my hand... those seeds will grow into something huge....

Yeah, sometimes when you are into a project with people who shares the same vision with you, . it always drive. Billion and Lokey are great partners who is constantly on the company vision. One thing that drive us is that we compliment each other.... If one of us are not here it will be like a missing link.....

One thing to inform is that for the past four weeks, I was always on a constant peak emotion. Don't feel a single moment of down... and when I do, I shift very fast.... this is my latest learning on how to constantly to be at the peak of the mindset.

Tommorrow meeting up with another big person....

Hanky

A little celebration

We went for makan-makan after I gave a presentation to a key person in one of the up coming company. We called that "celebration" to mark the first pay check for SHINE. Horray.....

Though the money earned is not very significant, we will still give our best. This is our brand promise.

To attract more positive energy

Ya, Hank is right! We just have to align our thoughts and emotions to attract positive energy. Lets' noth thinking about the negative such as the non payment of money, the slow pace in closing deals, the wait for someone who promised to call but have yet to do so. Instead, let's align to there are so many people who like our program and they need a bit of time to consider and will revert with good news. Keep expanding the communication link to let as many people out there about "Shine". Keep repeating the values "Shine" can bring to people.

Keep spreading our energy to attact positive energy and desired results will come soon.

B.L.

Friday the 13th

Today we met an interesting lady from a foreign bank. She is very funny and chatty despite her position, and yes from the way she do things, we can see she is a peak performer.

Everything went well, she ask for a detailed program with ROI and we will revert to her next week.

After that as I was driving back, after the Duta roundabout, i heard a 'POP' followed by a "sprack! sprack! sprack!" sound. Oh shit I thought, something major happen to my car...was it the belt... or what?? Got down of the car and saw my tyre punctured - by a set of keys that someone dropped!

Okay, so no big deal. just gotta change it right? Called Billion and told her I'll be late. Open the boot, got the tyre out and damn I realize....I have lost my tools bag!!

The 1st storm - X$%@*&!!! I cursed silently. No tools. How the toot! am I supposed to fix this. Okay, I can call AutoAssist, call my friends...or ..hey wait.. I remembered something. Yesterday night I was doing research on peak performance to strengthen the existing training program, and one of the characteristics of a peak performer is they work their way to overcome challenges. Like eagles, the face the storm head on and soar above it. I am not going to wait for help. I'll fix it.

Okay, first thing is to get the rim out of my tyre. How? I used my hands. Surprisingly the rim pops off easily.

Next, I look for what other stuff I have in my boot and lucky me, I still got the jack, a long iron bar my dad gave me to leverage on when screwing the nuts, and the nuts screwer. (Sorry I can't remember the name of the tool) Under the freaking 1.00 pm++ hot sun, I changed the freaking tyre.

Okay finally done. I've been presented by another challenge.

The 2nd storm - I was tired, hot and I realized the spare tyre was flat as well. X&%#@*!!! I cursed again. Another thought came: peak performers focused on solutions! They are creative and they took risk. I was too tired to be creative so I just took risk.I drove home with the flat. And on my way I started to lament - why must this happen to me...you know the usual negative stuff...but after a short while, a thought came to remind me to switch my focus to something positive. I remembered reading the book Tuesdays with Morrie where Morrie advised, acknowledged your emotions and then get on with life. The question is not that we will not have any negative emotions but how fast we get out of it. I took his advise. I made it back home safe and sound and fed the spare with air.

After reaching home (or our Segambut branch) I was so tired that I accidentaly slept in Billion mock presentation. Today despite the storms that crop up, I managed to be in control of my emotions. I was down yes but I got up quickly. And towards the end...funny I have no negative or angry feelings but rather a sense of achievement. Perhaps I am learning to be like the eagle. To be a stormrider.

Hanky coined the term Peaktorians! I like it. It can be combination of Peak State and Victorian (victory). I guess the universe is preparing me to deliver our signature program not just in theory but experiential as well. Now when I share, I can do it with conviction and congruence - because today, I experience riding the storm.

Shine and The Secret

Let me share with you today a lil thing about what people has been talking about now a days which is The Secret.

If you look at the epiloque at our earlier posting, you would see that we have an investor. Now this one is quite a unique story. It all happens when one day all of us sat at a garden and we've just watched this documentary on success call The Secret.

We thought like hey... let's apply what we have learn there and see if we can do alignment and get an investor. And wah lah.... u know what, the next day, mr. investor just come into our office.

This is something that we have always applied, from getting a carpark, getting someone to call us and also if we want to make it a sunny. Weird you might think huh... but this is true.

Now you might ask how come we lost the investor. Well, in my personal opinion is that when you make alignment, you must be fast at grabbing it. Else it will just go away.... so action... i mean fast action is also crucial here.

But the key question is also that an event would it have effect our belief and thus spiral into further deterent result???? I believe it might....

Therefore, whatever it is in your life.... always look out for positive alignment and be grateful with what you have... coz this will manifest.

Tommorrow I will be doing a presentation to Asian Finance Bank, hmmm... let me do an alignment on this.... hehhehee...

Life is tough

No more morning calls early today. Imagine people could just ignore you after they have got what they wanted! Life is tough and full of challenges, we move on despite the odds. I am praying hard for the money to return soon. Never give up!

Just sent our company profile and program to a friend who works in Bank Simpanan Nasional. Will have to reach out to as many people as possible.

It's great to know from Hank about Victor- a great marketing guy who we can work together for win-win.

18 days to achieve our target! Let's bring up the numbers.......

Billion

Marketing Arms is coming in...

Met up with a friend of mine who is into business himself; Victor.

Victor is a very much of a strong marketing person and he is offering to secure the marketing side of Shine.

Tommorrow will meet him up to discuss in detail on the how to go about....

Billion: Wah... sweat starts to come up hah....

Hank

No sign of money....

The guy called early in the morning. As usual, with lots of stories but emphasize not to bank-in the cheque and cash will be given instead. The wait was long and now it's more than 12 hours since the last call. SMS and call were made, but went to dead sea! Will miracle happen tomorrow? Do I still have hope to get back my hard earned money? Let's see and hope for "esok masih ada".

Called an old friend and was surprised she is now working in BSN. She asked me to send her our training program. Well, positive sign here!

Young & Dangerous...

Yup, that is something to describe about this lady we met this evening...

She is truly dynamic... young but full of essense.

Sometimes I wonder if being young is an obstacle???? This is something to ponder when Michael gave me a call in the afternoon and told me that the COO we met yesterday has a concern that I'm a lil too young to do a presentation....

Last time, this is something that is my concern... but now I just laugh at it.... (Me and Michael share a same type of laughter... with evil tone)

This is what happen when you are clear with what is your vision all about!!!!

Come back again to this lady... I was like thinking... wow... she is someone that attracts me and yet she is like at "there" and I am here.... hmm... do i want to create something with this person who walks into my path???

Has text her a message..... what will happen next????

Always open to possibilities..... :) Should I do that??? hmm... Someone from Asian Finance could have answer me dat....

Shine is born in the same time I am in a journey call LP106 of Asiaworks.

This journey has fuel me the courage, the determination and the resources to build a path into entrepreneurship.

A true bunch of sincere frens that I met there..... from Choops (Brand manager) to Brabus guy to Michael... and lots of the support from sharing and advise....

Just to share a page to tribute to my LP106.. for the support that they have given.

And i'm sure Shine will reach out to more ppl and our stand to unleash of human potential will always be something that we hold upon!!!!

Carpe Diems!!!

Endless challenges

We are into 3rd week of entrepreneurship ......things are moving at all angle but one challenging one faced by me today is a thousand ringgit deal where it's lent to someone to test his character! This gentleman called before 11:00am to illustrate a long stories with the bottom line to borrow some money which is very much needed to collect an important documents from Putrajaya. The one thousand ringgit was lent on good faith with hopes that this will lead to a more productive business relationship. People says; "money can buy a lot of things", let's see how applicable this case will be.

The security offered is a Maybank cheque for RM2000 which is post dated on 11 July. Do stay with us to find out what happen to this RM1,000.00 .......

The meeting with Mike was interesting. He brought us our first deal on 2 hours presentation which seems pretty promising where we just have to impress the principal. The moments of truth will come in very soon this month.

Lessons Learned In The Quest for Freedom

Am I ready for the world? To come out to the thrill of uncertainty? To withstand pain of rejection? To taste the sweetness of success?

For a start, nothing in my 15 years of employment has prepared me for this. A trusted friend, a mentor and a person who gave us hope - all three of them - betrayed us.

1st betrayal: A friend whom I trusted with my life, stabbed me from the back. I confronted her. She said she's not going to do it again. And I trusted her. She lied. She stabbed me again - two more times.

2nd betrayal: A bastard called Lam - a person whom I thought was going to be my mentor, turns out to be nothing but a manipulative, insecure and lying son of a bitch. (Read more about him at MyStupidBoss.com - the article "The Boss That Thinks That He Is God")

3rd betrayal: He liked what he saw. He believed in our dreams. So much so that he is willing to finance it. We showed him our commitment - we resigned with nothing in hand but faith in our dreams. We had lunch. Showed him our proposal. He loved it. We shook hands. Deal sealed. Thats what we thought. We never see him again.

These betrayals hurts me deeply. I cried silent tears behind closed door. I suffered shame and rejection. But I survived. Things that doesn't kill you will make you stronger. I've learnt my lesson.

Am I ready for the world?
Perhaps the answer is embedded in a dialogue between Bond and his boss M, in the James Bond Casino Royale movie:
M : "You don't trust them?"
James Bond : "No."
M : "Then... you are ready."

As mentioned by Hank, the journey for "Shine" is very exciting as everyday we experience interesting events and met with wonderful people who encourage us and motivate us. Over the last two weeks, we received lots of morale support from family members, friends and even the prospects!

We are still in the early stage to achieve our business goal (tentatively keep it as a secret!). We strongly believe that our hard work will pay off in no time as the classic saying goes; "God will help those who help themselves".

So far our presentations have received positive feedback and the prospect kind of like it, only short of signing up! Well, we will try harder until we secure the first sales!

Wow! People are all out for us...

It's been about 5 days since I last wrote in this blog.

Well, it has been a tiring and yet a very exciting journey so far.... we met all kind of people and they are there to help us.

People go all out to get the contact for us... to intro some big shoot for us and even to get an investor.

Why is this??? What is their intention??

Well, judging so far... I personally believe that their intention is just to help a friend. :) This is truly a blessing and this tells me that we should always reach out to people and be sincere in doing that. If only the world are together... gosh what a miracle would that be.

What is the result or status so far???
Well, so far we have did some presentation or meet up with people from OCBC, HSBC and some great people with lots of connection.
As for the sales, there is another posibility of getting a public presentation for at least 3 sessions in July.

I believe with the right mindset and alignment... things is out there for us to grab....

It is coming!!!

What a feeling....

WOW! What a feeling...

That is the first thing my partners told me the moment they came out from the Public Bank Training Centre.

I guess this is it... They experienced the feeling of an entrepreneur making a successful presentation.

Fuh... you could have seen their face... before the presentation... sooooo stress up!!!

And now they finally did a great job to present some worth and valuable to the bank.

We understood very well, that when ever we present something.... we should always focus out to the customer and think what can they really get the value out of this. I personally believe that to sustain a long term business, we must always give more that what the customer wants....

So now that the bank are able to see the value in the program, our pilot project for this bank will be in September... 3 months of preparation??? Bring it on... we are ready all the time!

Angel Investor: Catalyst or Burden???

Meet up with a great friend of mine today. We discussed about getting an investor for Shine.

Something to ponder about is that, getting an investor is a two way process. Not anyone with million dollars can be the investor. What is more important than that is the right mindset in being our partner.

Having the wrong investor/partner is very detrimental for the biz. As a matter I can be a burden. Imagine our passion for training is driven purely by money. That is out of our vision!

But having the right investor and right mindset definitely will set and accelerate the company... fuh.. still going all out on this???

Anyway tomorrow is d day for our first presentations... it will be presented by Lokey and Lady Billion. What will happen???

Will let you know tomorrow.....

Going all out 100%

Today for the first time in my whole entire working life... I experience going a 100%. What really drives that I wonder?

Firstly, I believe it is the compeling desire and the passion of really must have it enough... on the goals. I mean it is not enough just to want it but rather you must trully desire it. What drives me? My goals... (will share my goal in next write up).

Secondly, it is the teammate... your team must be really strong and align with the whole vision of the company. That is the reason why the first day we meet up, we ensure that we share the same values, vision and drive in our company. Now I understand that this truly build a long term relationship among the members.

And lastly, is of course... how much I enjoy doing what I am doing now... It doesn't feel like a chore at all. To me this is truly challenging yet interesting. People says that we retire so that we can do what we truly enjoy doing. I guess I must be retiring now... hehe coz I truly enjoy pushing all the way for this dream!!!

Two more days for our presentation to Public Bank. How will it be??? We spend the whole day researching on the bank, designing the program for them and rehearsing on the presentation. Now this is what we call as precision.... Going all out 100% to achieve what is desired!!!

Oh! We are so not connected...

Today is the second day of our Shine journey....

Munching away the "wantan" mee early morning, the three partners start the day with some thoughts about our ex-employer in the prestigious bank. Come to think of it... it was funny and it reminds us that everything that happen, happens for a reason... and I'm sure it is for a good reason.

After breakfast we went straight to our office hub in Segambut... which is Lokey's house. Since yesterday at Hanky's house it was noisy and darn hot...

We finalised our budget for the whole year and prepare it for our potential investor. Yes, at this point of time we are still searching for the "angel" investor to be part of Shine. We are looking for someone who has the same vision and passion for creating and inspiring people of all walks of life. Hanky manage to get a friend to help on this thursday.

What was ironic today is that Lokey's internet connection is down. Never happen before to him. Sigh... all this small challenges feel like a mosquito bite in the ass. Itchy... but nothing much you can do about it.

Today task completed was: Our namecard printed, laptop bought and budget is ready for review by investor.

We also manage to spend some time with our Financial Advisor, Mr. Fun. He is truly a fun person with his light and easy sharing on the accounting factor. One of the most interesting accountant we ever met... but he is still single lar... any taker????

Well, time really really flies when we go all out. For the first time in my life, I push whole day and it feels so satisfying. I guess this is the life of an entreprenuer. Truly challenging yet inspiring. Looking forward for this friday.... 2 days to go.....

1st Day: Director report for Duty

Well, today is the first day of our directors' meeting. It was a great eye opener to see the arrival of all the directors.

Venue of the 1st board of directors meeting : My (Hank) house at Kelana Puteri Condo.
Time : 9.15am

The meeting started with the alignment of our values, vision, mission and laying down the work culture.

Music to our ears when the neighbour upstairs start doing some renovation work. Grinding and knocking some Berlins wall I guess. What the heck... and the heat wave starts to creep in by mid afternoon.....

After much of a toleration towards the "music" we decided to make a shift to Giant and continue of marketing strategy there.

Time really flies when you are working on something with passion.... I don't feel the heat of working at all... except for the part where my mind start to google due to the straining brainstorming session.

Later that evening, we decided to call it a day... on the way back something starts to happen. We receive call from a friend in Public Bank to inform us on a meet with up with a guy from the training division. We gave him a call and finally manage to secure an appointment this Friday.

Well, this is it. Our very first business presentation this friday at the Public Bank training centre.

Hmm... wonder how it will work out then....

The Journey Began...

Yes! Shine will live... that is the declaration of the remaining Shinernite.

The first lesson that we learn here is that, whenever challenges appear... we should always focus on our path and dreams again. Our action are make base on our vision not base on our judgement, assesment or emotions.

With that in our mind, we start the sail up and are ready for our journey of passion.

We do not know what will happen in this journey. Will we blown into a storm? Will we unveil a treasure in this journey? Will our dreams come true?? and most importantly will we live our vision and leave a legacy?

Tommorrow is the first day, we breath life into Shine. How will the 3 Shinernite prevail or live through this journey? This is the reason for this blog. We are capturing our daily lives and challenges and wish that this journey may be an inspiration and lessons to those who live ventures in their life...

The First TWO BIG HURDLE before the birth..

1st Hurdle: Losing A Close Friend

"I need to know, do you guys trust me?"

That is the first question popped by Sel (one of our partner) early in a monday morning. Yesterday we had a great time gearing up our plan for the entrepreneurship journey. But out of a sudden, on that particular morning, Sel was feeling very depressed. We do not know why... nether does she knew why...

An urgent meeting was called, all Shinernite (ahem... the directors) were called in by Sel. It was obvious that her health (mentally) is deterioting. It was very confusing.... We do not know what happen. She seems confuse and...

Out of a sudden in less that a month, our beloved partner and a great friend, Sel, has fell into a very very deep depression and seems to alienate herself from the world. Later one day, we found that she has resign from that prestigious bank and has left KL.... without a word.

2nd Hurdle: A Milk Turned Sour
As days goes by, one by one, we resigned from that prestigious bank. Lokey was the first to tender, followed by Hanky and then Miss Billion (resigned twice... hehe.. very soft hearted).
A few round of presentation was presented to Mr. Investor. He is extremely happy with the progress.

Then out of a sudden, one day Hanky received a phone call from Lady Billion, informing that the deal with Mr. Investor has turned sour. He is pulling back his investment.
Reason???? Due to some personal reason.... blah... that sound very professional coming from a GM of a prestigious milk company.

We were awfully sad on that day... Hanky is numb... Lokey was speechless... Lady Billion is finishing a box of tissue.

What will happen to Shine??? Will the remaining Shinernite persevere with the journey???
